The Holiday Home

• Cape Howe Cottages currently manage a privately owned Holiday Home which is available for short term accommodation.
• Coralwood is located within 7 kms of our main business in the Lowlands Beach area, it provides a very different holiday experience for those wanting self sufficiency in a full sized house. The fully self contained house provides all the comforts of home in a peaceful secluded location.
• Please note that we act as exclusive managing agents only therefore the usual Cape Howe Cottages services such as room service breakfasts are not provided at this location.

• Coralwood (photos right) is a spacious, architecturally designed mud brick executive residence on a hilltop 50 acre property surrounded by stunning trees, granite outcrops and beautifully landscaped gardens. It’s a very secluded, quiet retreat for that Aussie bush experience in style.
• The home is a winner of two Master Builders Awards for excellence in construction and carpentry.
• The home has 4 bedrooms in total with a queen bed in two rooms, a double bed in another room and 2 king singles in the other bedroom, two bathrooms (one with spa bath) sleeping up to 8 in total.
• There’s a huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with bespoke jarrah furniture. Large windows throughout and magnificent vaulted cedar clad ceilings create a bright and airy atmosphere with lots of natural light.
• The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences – full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and stainless steel 900mm wide stove with oven.
• Undercover parking is provided for cars and boats and two outdoor patios areas front and rear, one is covered with a gas BBQ
• The high-quality fitout includes reverse cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling, TV, DVD, IPod Dock, washing machine.
• All linen, quilts, pillows and bath towels are supplied, along with a full cleaning service upon departure.
• Due to it’s secluded location only Telstra mobile signal is available. There is no WiFi.
• Rates at Coralwood are $360 per night for up to 4 people plus $35 per night for each additional person up to a maximum of 8 guests. 3 night minimum stay required.
